Registration Fee
The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).

Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangement.

Conference registration is successful and effective only upon the receipt of registration fee.

The registration deadline for the conference is 13 January 2025.

Lunch and coffee are included.

Two-day CPD certificate for T R .
^ Valid student identity card issued by qualified institution is required to be eligible for the student rate.

Registration fee is charged in Hong Kong dollars. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.

Cash and cheque payment are not accepted.
On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave, travel arrangement or visa application, and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support. Please indicate in the registration form if an invitation letter is required.
The Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organisers is to refund the registration fee paid.
All enquiries and cancellations should be made in writing to t2r2@ust.hk.
Payment is not transferable to other parties.
The decision of the Organisers shall be final and conclusive.
The participant recognises and accepts that the Conference Organisers collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to T R as well as for general preparation work for the Conference.
All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the T R Secretariat via email at t2r2@ust.hk not later than 23 January 2025. For cancellations received on or before 23 January 2025, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded. Requests for cancellations/registration refunds received after 23 January 2025 will not be considered. All refunds will be processed within four to six weeks after the Conference.
